Refund Policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, color exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.

​

In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

​

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.

​

"LOVE FOR WAVES" reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Products that are os sale or on offer are not returnable or exchangeable.

PRODUCT/ COLOR EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for a different color or an alternative style.

REFUND

​

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.

Please not that we do not offer a refund, for orders that the gift option was selected at the checkout. In that case we offer only, product / color exchange and store credit.

RETURN FEES

We accept exchanges only within Greece and you will be burdened with the shipping cost. This policy is limited to one exchange per orde
